Tortillas with Chicken, Corn and Beans

Serves: 4


  • 4un Tortillas
  • 200g Shredded cooked chicken
  • 150g Cooked red beans
  • 100g Sweet Corn
  • 100g Mixed Lettuces
  • 2dl Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 200g Guacamole
  • 50g Grated radishes

Heat the tortillas in a anti-stick frying pan, about 1 minute on each side.
Place on a plate and on top the salad seasoned with Gallo Olive Oil.
Then place the corn, read beans, the chicken, the radishes and a bit of guacamole.
Complete with a drizzle of Gallo Olive Oil.
Serve the tortillas open.
