Grilled Chicken Steaks with Vegetables

Serves: 1


  • 150g Chicken breast steaks
  • 10g Onion
  • 20g Leeks
  • 40g Carrots
  • 40g Courgette
  • 40g Mushrooms
  • 50ml Gallo Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 25ml Gallo olive oil infused with spiced sausage
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetables: Heat the Gallo Classic Olive Oil in a pan and cook the vegetables cut into thin strips over a high heat so they do not stick to the pan.
Beat the eggs and add to the vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste, while cooking.

Chicken: Season the chicken breast steaks with salt and pepper. Grill them and serve with Gallo olive oil infused with spicy sausage for a touch of flavor.
