Fried Chicken Breast, served in Hot Tomato Sauce

Serves: 4


  • 600g Chicken breasts
  • 2dl Tomato sauce
  • 400g Courgette
  • 1dl Gallo Classic Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red chillis, to taste
  • 4 Garlic cloves

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and red chillis.
Fry the chicken in Gallo Classic Olive Oil.
Heat up the tomato sauce, add red chillis.
Cut the courgette into thick round slices and bring to the boil.
Place the chicken breasts on the hot tomato sauce, add the courgette and serve hot.
