Cordon Bleu Escalope served with Cheese Bread and Garlic and Olive Oil mayonnaise

Serves: 4


  • 4 Cordon bleu escalope
  • 12 Cheese bread
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Egg
  • 2,5dl Gallo Special Selection Olive Oil
  • 20ml Gallo Sparkling Wine Vinegar
  • Crushed garlic to taste
  • Dijon mustard to taste

Prepare the olive oil and garlic mayonnaise by placing the following ingredients in a blending cup (handheld blender): olive oil, egg, mustard, garlic and vinegar. Blend until the desired consistency is obtained.
Place the tomato and the escalopes in the oven and bake.
Serve very hot, together with fresh mayonnaise.

The mayonnaise should be consumed within 24 hours and stored in the fridge.
