Cold Meat Pie with mixed mushrooms

Serves: 1


  • 250g Flour
  • 4g Salt
  • 1dl Water (approx.)
  • 75ml Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 300g Cold Meats
  • 250g Varied Mushrooms

Dough for Pie:
In a bowl mix the flour, salt, water and 50ml of Gallo olive oil. Mix well until smooth and then let rest for 2 hours.
Sauté with the remaining Gallo olive oil, the cold meats and the mushrooms, then allow to cool.
Open the dough and put in the filling, then close the dough in the format of a big rissole, paint with the beaten egg and then put in the preheated oven at 180ºC until the dough is cooked and golden.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
