Chunks of Pork with Autumn Flavours

Preparation Time: MEDIUM
Serves: 4


  • 700g Pork leg
  • 200g Fresh Quince
  • 300g Peeled Chestnuts
  • 100g Prunes
  • 1 dl Gallo Late Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 20g Garlic paste
  • 20ml Gallo White Balsamic Vinegar
  • To taste * Salt and Pepper from the mill
  • 50ml White Wine
  • To taste * sultanas

Season the leg of pork with the Gallo Late Harvest Olive Oil, garlic paste, white wine, salt and pepper.
Put in the oven at 150ÂșC and cook for 45 minutes.
After 15 minutes add the wedges of quince, the peeled chestnuts and the prunes. Add the sultanas when the roast is ready. Then put some drops of Gallo White Balsamic Vinegar on the meat.
Serve with the sauce of the roast.
