Chicken Breasts with Mushrooms, Tomatoes and Sautéed Spinach

Preparation Time: QUICK
Serves: 4


  • 800g Chicken breasts
  • 100g Tomatoes
  • 150g Mushroom buttons
  • 200g Fresh spinach
  • 2dl Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2g Caraway
  • 2g Oregan 
  • To taste: Salt
  • To taste: Black pepper

Pour into a frying pan the olive oil and fry the chicken seasoned with salt and caraway.
Fry for about 3 minutes on each side.
Put the chick breasts on the side.
In the same frying pan add the mushrooms and the tomatoes, and sautée well.
At the end add the spinach and mixk well until they are cooked.
Sprinkle on the oreganoes.
