Beef Stroganoff

Preparation Time: MEDIUM
Serves: 4


  • 600g Beef for steaks
  • 150g Laminated paris mushrooms
  • 75g Capers
  • 1dl Gallo Classic Olive Oil
  • 2dl Cream
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley

Cut the meat into strips. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the Gallo Classic Olive Oil and quickly fry the meat. Set aside.
Sauté the mushrooms in the same frying pan, season and remove.
Put the cream in the same pan and bring to the boil slowly so it absorbs all the juices in the pan.
Serve, placing meat on top of rice and the mushrooms over the meat.
Add sauce and sprinkle with the parsley and decorate with the capers.
