Salmon Loins, Marinated in "Nearly Dry" Sauce

  • 400g Salmon Loins, cleaned and deboned
  • 25ml Gallo Sparkling Wine Vinegar
  • 10ml Whisky
  • To taste, Salt
  • To taste, Pepper from the Mill
  • To taste, Yellow Cane Sugar
  • To taste, Lemon Thyme

Place the salmon loins in a square Pyrex Tray. Moisten the loins with Whisky and Gallo Vinegar.
Add the other ingredients and let marinate for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. Cut into thin slices and serve with a salad of varied types of lettuce.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
