Grilled Salmon with Acid Flavouring (lime and capers)

Preparation Time: MEDIUM
Serves: 4


  • 640g Salmon fillets
  • 400g Mashed potatoes
  • 25g Capers
  • 2 Limes
  • 1dl Gallo Moonlight Crop Olive Oil
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Season the salmon with salt and lime juice.
Grill on a non-stick frying pan.
In the same pan, heat the Gallo Moonlight Crop Olive Oil, add some lime juice and capers.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
