Christmas Cod

Preparation Time: MEDIUM
Serves: 4


  • 600g Salt cod loins, soaked and frozen
  • 200g Portuguese cabbage
  • 200g Carrots
  • 300g Potatoes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3dl Gallo First Crop 2016.2017

Place all the ingredients in a pot.
Boil until the potatoes are cooked. Remove and strain.
Separate the potatoes, place them in a bowl and mash using a fork and some Gallo First Crop 2016.2017.
Place the cabbage on a plate and put some of the mashed potatoes in the centre.
Place the cod slivers and carrots on top of the potatoes, together with the eggs, cut into quarters, and drizzle some hot Gallo First Crop 2016.2017 over the top.
