Braised Salmon with Vegetable and Grilled Pineapple

Serves: 4


  • 600g Salmon, cut into slices
  • 300g Green Asparagus
  • 300g Endives
  • 150g Pineapple
  • 20g Chilli peppers
  • 2dl Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

On a very hot grill, grill the endives cut into halves, the asparagus and the pineapple.
In a frying pan heat the olive oil and braise the salmon for 5 minutes on each side.
Then place on the plates and drizzle with Gallo Olive Oil and place some slice of chilli peppers.
