Strawberry Salad with Raspberry and Mint Vinaigrette

Serves: 4


  • 300g Strawberries
  • 4units Crepe pastry sheets
  • Mint, to taste
  • 25ml Gallo Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 8ml Gallo Raspberry Vinegar
  • Powdered sugar

Cut the strawberries in slices, leaving a few whole berries for decorative use
Mix the Gallo Reserve Olive Oil with the Gallo Raspberry Vinegar.
Cover the strawberries with the mixture and add the mint leaves.
Serve in glasses with the crepe pastry sheets.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
