Red Fruit Dish with yellow Sugar

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300g Mixed Red Fruits
  • 50g Yellow Sugar
  • 15ml Gallo Raspberry Vinegar

PREPARATION:
Place fruit in an orderly fashion, sprinkle yellow sugar and some drops of Gallo Raspberry Vinegar, before serving.

CHEF'S TIP:
You can add other fruits, or replace a variety, if they are red also!

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
