Apple Crumble with Oats

  • 1 un "Pink Lady" Apple
  • 2dl Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 50g Wheat flour
  • 50g Oat flour
  • 50g Brown Sugar
  • 20g Oats

Peel the apple and remove all the seeds.
Cut into small pieces.
Preheat the oven to 180ÂșC.
In a bowl, mix all the flours and the oats.
Pour in the olive oil and mix well until it becomes a paste.
Put the apple in a pyrex dish and then spread this paste on top.
Put in the oven for 12 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
