Toast with Olive Oil

Serves: 1


  • 2 slices Bread
  • Gallo Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Cut slices of bread, about 1cm thick, put in the toaster to toast both sides. Place the toast on a plate and then drizzle with Gallo Classic olive oil, and if you want them with a stronger flavor, season with salt and pepper.
Eat while still hot.
Have, at the same time, some freshly pressed orange juice to have a good energetic start for the morning.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
