Scrambled Eggs

Preparation Time: QUICK
Serves: 2


  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • White Pepper, to taste
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons of Gallo Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of milk

Beat the eggs lightly with a fork, so as to mix the yolks with the whites. Add the milk and season with salt and pepper, continue beating to homogenize.
Put an anti-stick frying pan on the stove with the Gallo Classic olive oil. As soon as the oil is hot and has spread over the surface of the frying pan pour in trhe eggs and stir with a wooden spoon  until the right consistency has been reached.
When the eggs are cooked,but still have some liquid on the surface, turn the heat off. The heat of the scrambled eggs will make the remaining liquid evaporate.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
