Breakfast A- A+

Preparation Time: MEDIUM
Serves: 14 to16 persons


  • 500g Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder (full)
  • 5 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • 30g Gallo Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 Egg (big)

Pre-heat the oven to 200ÂșC
Mix the flour and the salt, the baking powder and the sugar in a bowl. Add the Gallo olive oil and the milk.
Open a cavity in the flour and then add the olive oil mixed with the milk and the egg. Mix rapidly with a wooden spoon until all the ingredients are properly blended.
Divide the dough into small quantities, and with the help of a spoon, put each portion on a baking tray powdered with flour and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
