Oriental Breakfast dish

Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g Long Grain, cooked rice (set aside the starchy rice water)
  • 8 Eggs
  • 125g Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 50ml Gallo Reserve Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Hot Malagueta peppers, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, to taste
  • Soja Sauce, to taste
  • 4 dl Green Tea

PREPARATION:
Mix the Malagueta peppers and part of the sesame seeds with the rice, moulding in different shapes.
Whisk the eggs and make rolls in the frying pan, in layers, until it looks like one big sheet rolled up.
Serve with the spinach leaves sautéed in Gallo Reserve olive oil.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a thread of soja sauce.
