Orange with a sauce of honey, olive oil and cinnamon

Serves: 4


  • 4 Oranges (from the Algarve)
  • 4 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 Thread of Gallo Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • A pinch of ""fleur de sel"
  • Cinnamon Powder

Peel and slice the oranges.
On a serving dish place the slices of orange and pour the honey over them. Then pour the Gallo olive oil and sprinkle with cinammon powder.
On the plate, add a pinch of "fleur de sel".

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
