Steamed Egg With Minced Meat

  • Egg: 50g
  • Pork: 25g
  • Gallo Extra Virgin My First Olive Oil: appropriate amount
  • Salt: appropriate amount
  • Pure water: appropriate amount

1.Prepare in advance appropriate amount of Gallo Extra Virgin My First Olive Oil and some salt in a bowl.
2.Break eggs into the bowl and stir with chopsticks evenly;
3. Then add approximately 1-1.5 times clean water, beat again, add minced meat, add salt (optional).
4. Cover with cling film, steam for about 10 minutes until egg mixture can be cooked.
