Egg Rice Porridge Cooked With Olive Oil

  • Rice porridge: 1 small bowl
  • Egg: 1 
  • Gallo Extra Virgin My First Olive Oil: 3-4 drops 
  • Salt: a little

Prepare ingredients, whisk the egg until it is fully mixed.
Pour rice porridge into a small milk pot, and boil up/ Drop 3-4 drops of Gallo Baby Extra Virgin Olive Oil into porridge and boil up.
Fold the whisked egg into the mixture and stir using chopsticks while it simmers, mixing the rice, egg and olive into a porridge. Add a pinch of salt.
After the porridge is cooked, cool it a little bit and feed your baby. Your baby will love tis delicious and healthy porridge.
For the convenience of baby's eating, we can also make it as rice cereal: just put cooked porridge into the mixer and beat it into fine and smooth. If the porridge is too dry to be mixed, you can add some rice milk (from cooking rice) or cool water to mix it.
