Mixed Vegetables Sauté

INGREDIENTS:

  • 600g Frozen Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, cauliflower, broccoli)
  • 10dl Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Rock Salt, to taste

PREPARATION:
Heat the water, adding salt and drizzle some Gallo olive oil. When the water boils add the vegetables.
Take out the vegetables with a skimmer and sauté with the rest of the Gallo olive oil, which was heated with the crushed garlic clove.

CHEF'S TIP:
The varieties of vegetable can be changed, according to your preferences.

The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
